"The Sunday Morning March" is the first single from Allmos' sophomore LP, 'Sound Affects, Vol. 2' – releasing this summer on Fresh Selects.
For the uninitiated, Allmos is the pseudonym for the solo work of Allan Cole, ½ of the production duo The Stuyvesants. His style bridges the gap between modern jazz and lo-fi beat tape culture, through both his own releases and his remix work for musicians likes of Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, Braxton Cook, and Reginald Chapman.
Elaquent’s music recalls Oddisee’s instrumental work and Flying Lotus’ Cali-infused electronica. On “Worst Case Scenario,” the composer emotes a pastoral essence. Bandcamp Album of the Day Dec 16, 2016

This reminds me of hanging in dank basements with musicians way better than me and just being in awe of the emotions they could pull out of listeners.
Really stunning stuff, I hope it promises a lot more to come. Solvent
